[2021] Storm Beacons and Controllers are broken

I've noticed in recent updates when creating my Mini Battle Royale map that the Storm only rotates around the beacon where before if the circle wasn't where the beacon was it would rotate to the center of that new circle. Can someone from epic can comment on this because It might have broken most creative maps!
