[2021] VFX Spawner Device does not display all VFX options

Update A separate issue, the ‘Spark Rain’ visual effect is not visible to players when in-game Effects graphic setting is “High” or lower, has been resolved in the current game update.

Description Selecting the Large Fireworks or Spark Rain effect in the VFX Spawner device will not produce a visual effect.
