[2021] Next round won't start in my creative map.

Me and my friend are trying to play my creative map but everytime the first round ends, the countdown gets stuck at 0 seconds, and the next round never starts. The game is then stuck at this screen and the only thing you can do is restart the game. Can someone please help? We're playing on PS4
