This is now resolved: the "Find the Jaeger's Family Basement in Anvil Square" quest can now be completed if you visit Jaeger's basement.

Players who have completed The Kid LAROI’s Wild Dreams Quests once will only receive the XP reward upon completing the quests a second time.

New attendees will receive both XP and in-game rewards.
