We’re aware of a separate issue where players in a party attempting to Duo queue into Arena are receiving an error showing an “invalid token”.
While we investigate, you can work around this by making sure the highest ranked player in the party is the party leader.
We’re aware of an issue in Arena where players are seeing negative points to progress to the next division
