The "white screen" issue is now resolved. Players should wash ashore and begin Chapter 3 momentarily, or can restart their game to jump in.

We're investigating reports that players see a blank white screen when first starting up Fortnite.

We'll provide an update as we have more info.

The delay or disconnect issues with log-ins, purchases, partying, and matchmaking should now be resolved and players are all clear to jump into Chapter 3.

This queue issue and error workaround are now resolved, players should be able to jump in and check out the new island.

The Island has flipped and things will never be the same. 

Explore new locations, take on enemies with new weapons and see everything the new Island has in store.

Chapter 3 starts now.
