Hey Creators,

As we wrap up 2020, we want to recap some of the exciting events and updates in Creative right now, plus a few awesome new initiatives and projects that are just starting up. Before we head out to the holidays, we want to extend a thank YOU for making 2020 an amazing year.

We’ve grown so much this year, and know we can achieve even more together in the future. Everyone on the team is excited to see where 2021 takes us. In the meantime, here are some things you can do today to get ready for the best Creative year yet.

HOLIDAY HIGHLIGHTS

Starting December 18 at 9 AM ET, the Sing Along Emote will be available for free in the Item Shop. Players who’ve already purchased the Emote will have the V-Bucks they spent returned to them.

Some fixes have been applied to reduce any errors or long loading times that users were experiencing here.

Players should be able to claim and purchase games without issue at this time, but we will continue to monitor the situation.

Chilled out and ready to put the competition on ice.
