Save the world isn't on switch, mobile, or cloud streaming But if do get on a pc, xbox or ps you can just get right back on your old progress, don't need to do anything again
This is not correct, StW is available via cloud at least on Xbox and GFN, I played StW via Xbox Cloud on Steamdeck. It may probably be unavailable if device you access it from has no controller, as StW doesn't support touch controls.

Just checked Xbox cloud, it works as it should.
