I'm constantly seeing him high up on tier lists and power scales, what makes him so great? Does he have a really cool interaction with another hero? Snipers in general were never that fun or engaging for me but I wanna try him out

External link →On crit he freezes the target for a few seconds. With the right build around it and If your aim is good you can keep up to 3-4 smashers in pretty much permanently frozen state.
