I emailed Epic Support to ask about how/when I would get the 2 bonus copies..

"I Preordered the $149.99 edition on Xbox One. When will I receive the 2 additional copies for my friends? I assume the other items will just be awarded upon launching the game as they are in game specific.. just curious about the (I assume will be) game codes.

Thank you! CANT WAIT!!"

I received this in response

"Thanks for contacting Epic Games Player Support. I’ve sent a display name change email to the address associated with your account, which will arrive separately from this support ticket update. This display name change email will contain a link that allows you to update your Epic account display name to one of your choosing. This display name change will only affect your Epic display name and won’t modify your PSN display name. Please note that we limit display name changes to once every six months so be sure to select your name wisely. For more information"

COME ON.... Did you even read my email?!?!

PLEASE do not let this be an indication of the support level coming with this game.

Whoops! Sounds like we may have goofed. I've passed this on to our support folks and we'll aim to improve our process. You are correct in assuming that you will be able to send the codes from in game.
