Can someone please explain to me how the atlas took damage when NOTHING got destroyed? Is this a bug or something?

There's a bug where husks can phase through the angled corner and get inside the atlas. Btw, tire traps pushing the husks down can also cause this to happen if there are a lot of husks bunched up.
