I have made a new account on epicgames and when i go to link the epicgames account into ps network it says unable to connect, how can i fix this problem? I have tried to message epicgames support, but they havent answerd me.

External link →You don't need to create a new Epic account to link it, your PS Fortnite account is already an Epic account, just without an email or Epic name - that's how Fortnite is able to save your progress.
What you need to do is login on the Epic website using your PSN account, then click your name in the upper right corner, select "Account" and set username, email, etc
