[2019] What happened to Twine exclusive loot / Storm King changes?

From the Reddit AMA 6 months back they talked about revamping Twine into an area for endgame players with unique loot specific to Twine. “as well as a means to earn unique loot only available in Twine, ideally by the tail-end of this season.” (Season 8) Link

What ever happend to this? I a lot of people have forgotten about this aswell as the Storm King changes.

When they first introduced the Storm King (7 months ago) they said they were working on a cinematic for it as well as we would soon be seeing him in earlier and latter zones. Link

I feel like these are big changes that would definitely improve the game but haven’t been talked about at all.
