Why is the founders shield not visible for me in stw?

I bought the founders pack when I was really young in season three. I have the founders glider and umbrella, rose team leader and warpaint, but when I enter save the world the “founders shield” is not visible. I didn’t know it even existed to be there until recently, but why is it not? I don’t understand all of this new stuff they added because I stopped playing Fortnite for two years. I
