[2021] Controller players using Oldschool settings are unable to switch to their pickaxe using the harvester tool button or items in certain slots

Description

While under the old school setting, console players are unable to switch to the pickaxe when pressing the harvester tool button or items in slots 2 and 3. Players can still switch using the trigger buttons
