Hey everyone, thank you for the tags. I'll have the team take a look into why this is missing for some players. This quest should unlock after players have finished Twine SSD10 and at least Canny Valley SSD 5 (essentially the campaign quest).
Have you meet these requirements and still aren't seeing the quest? Sounds like you've done all the SSDs per your comment, u/pownerfreak.
Thanks for getting back! Yes. Twine SSD10 has been completed. So have all previous SSD10's as well.

I do not have the quest either. I had already completed all my weekly challenges for the week. And I have completed all SSDs including Twine SSD10. Epic ID is InfiniteBloom.

Finished all my SSDs long time ago, and i didn't get that quest.
