I checked on the end screen to see if it came up for the chest badges and it didn't. What I didn't check (but will in the future) is the number of explored zones I had before and after for that challenge.

I paid V-Bucks to put in the correct Troll again (Leprechaun was at a higher level so overwritten) and put the Leprechaun in the Spring section where he goes. It was a waste of V-Bucks but taught me to use the Collection Book to slot things as it can end up somewhere else.

If reproducible, how: Die in Stonewood Wargames, get revived. I experienced this issue two games in a row. In both, I was running a Ninja, it was "Torn Apart" and "No Build Zone". After being revived by a teammate, I came back as level 18. While in the first match I did not notice straight away when this occurred, in the second match I was watching for it and noted that after reviving, I did not come back to full health/shields, and after 4 or 5 seconds my level changed down to 18 (and my shields/health returned to full).

Side-note: After dying and reviving again (which happens pretty frequently when you are 18 against 120 husks and don't realise it), health and shields would not automatically regenerate. You can see in the screenshot I was half health and shield even after hanging back in battle.
