[2019] Missing your Storm King Pin? | 5.23.2019

Hey everyone!

We’ve seen a lot of the reports regarding missing Storm King pins and wanted to give you a status update. We’ve conducted an investigation after seeing the reports, and there appears to be shipping related errors causing players to not receive their Storm King Pins. This issue has only impacted a small group of players.

Issues with shipping errors, incorrect addresses and lost shipments have been addressed. So if you’ve completed the form, your pin is on the way. Otherwise, you’ll be contacted to update your shipping information.
