Exactly. The added benefit is so small, you're pretty much wasting the slot.
3 Gold crit ratings should equate to 114% crit hit chance I believe. In game that 38% is not stacking individually. I think I see what you’re saying now.
You're making an incorrect assumption, "crit rating" here does not directly equate to % of crit chance, this is why it says "crit rating", when the legacy perks were for "crit chance" The way this specific system works you'll never have a 100% crit chance.
