[2019] I'd like to get some people and earn a mission towards my killer storms repeatable... Why do I need to go all the way to Stonewood to do so??

Since 100+ is bugged for rescue the survivors I won't get any people for my missions, we won't get any compensation for the probably 30 missions I've done for weekly or because they had Evo mats for timed rewards. The 24 hr rotation has really messed up the small 20 min missions DTE, BTR, and RTS always have stupid Element perk for rewards 79% of the time.

So today I'm short on people, 22 left . Can't run any expeditions... Lol. So fine I'll go knock out 2 3 or 4 get 3 to 400 people and about 500 gold, loot maybe find a few Evo mats some planks etc... Typical night of punch, slash, shoot, build and dance. I look at the missions and I don't see any purple storm survivor missions... Look in canny... Nada... Ok dam plank at least it will be fast. Nope!!! Do I really need to go to a level 9 to do this??? Yes I can do the 2x regular missions but I have 38 million survivor XP. This is dumb, I don't want to have to play crap missions for people when

A. I'm cheated out of the many 100+ I've done already

B. The only 2 storm RTS are 108 and higher... Are you guy mocking us??

Fix this please people are important to lots of people. I personally have 5 or 6 going constantly... I have peaky twine for days, like I drop it in stacks to lure AFK people off cliffs... Seriously though can anyone find a storm under 100 that isn't the 9 in Stonewood????
