I contacted Epic a few weeks ago via email and still have not received a response. I bought the founder's pack on launch day and for some reason I don't seem to have it anymore on PC or Xbox. My Xbox and PC accounts refuse to link and if I look at my order history it clearly says that I purchased the founder's pack on 4/4/2016. I have the Order ID and everything and I just want to be able to play like I did at launch. I would really appreciate some help Epic.
