[2021] The Val Defender doesn't have perks when unlocked from the Valor Questline

Update This quest reward will be fixed in a future update and we’ll be running a fix to correct all existing Val Defenders.

Description Val doesn’t have any perks when unlocked from the “Valor” Questline. The team is working on a fix for this issue.
