I just recycled my max perked hydra, one of two weapons I had all my epic/legendary perk up invested in, and didn’t get any of the reperk and perk up that I was supposed to. I already lost 3 hero vouchers with patch 8.40 and now to lose all of that progress just because I wanted a max perked wraith. I don’t complain a lot about this game but getting screwed like this hurts. Be careful recycling any of your good schems:(
