I know you’re not responsible for this mess, but as our connection to Epic, you need to speak with whoever oversees your third party customer support staff.
I was going back and forth through email with a service rep typing in broken English the entire time. I even started second-guessing whether the emails were a scam or not, until I confirmed the email address. Sketchy as hell emails thanks to the verbiage, yet they were official. What made it worse was them asking for my address in one email, then telling me in the next email that “this is not a guarantee that I’ll receive my pin”.
I live in the US. This is ridiculous that I have yet to receive my pin after getting an order confirmation email back in mid-December, and now I’m being told I may not get it after all.
I just want what I earned, as we all do.
