The reason this sub is starting to get cluttered with "I was hacked" and "Epic help me" posts is because you guys have a customer support division that's seemingly nonexistent.

I assume that a lot of tickets are responded to and resolved in due time, but you should be able to understand that you're not doing a good enough job at keeping up with the queue if posting here has started to become a trend in order to get your attention on issues that should be handled in emails, or some reliable source of customer support.

Title goes double for the fact that every customer support thread's top comment is "go to the BR sub, you'll have more luck there." Pay attention to the game that people paid to play, instead of ignoring them as often as the posting here has us believe. I can't think of one good reason why some haven't gotten a single response in weeks or months, and some are able to get their issue looked into within hours of posting their issue on this sub. That is very, very bad.
