External link →Honestly I see why they don't. The downside of communicating with us is that it builds up our expectations. Suddenly everyone is expecting the specifics things they wanted but when they see what epic actually meant they get disappointed.
There's no downside. We clearly failed to communicate information that was important to you. We can do better.
