Hope this helps for anyone else getting stuck. It's really a pain and every patch I cross my fingers it will be fixed, but haven't been that lucky.

Thank you! Can you hit the issue again, close your client (might have to force it if your client is locked), and then send me your client logs?

There are few ways you can do this:

  1. Navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\FortniteGame\Saved\Logs.
  2. Send me the text file that is time stamped for when you closed your client. (FortniteGame text file)
  • Send them to me via dropbox (send to my DMs)
  • Send them to me via google drive link (Send to my DMs)
  • Send them to me over Discord (Magyst#8046)

It would be a great help if anyone impacted by this send me the client logs by following the above steps.
