[2019] Wild Fragment Deadeye - An Analysis of This Underrated (and my favorite) Outlander.

As an Outlander main, I 100% support this. I was actually testing Wild Fragment before Field Agent came out and 100% fell in love with her hybrid kit. However, in terms of a full TEDDY dps.. I feel like he has a high place on the list for damage output.
