Hey everyone, this is actually a bug that we're working on a fix for :) Soon those heavy attacks will be more in line with each other regarding fall damage. \thinking emoji** maybe not if you jump off a skyscraper though..
Nooooooo let us prevent fall damage using spectral slash and the leap attack shouldn't do fall damage, it looks so badass only to have you die of fall damage.
I think that's the intention!
...with the exception of jumping off something extremely high. ;)
I am still not clear on this.
Are you saying that the leap attack will also prevent fall damage, but that neither sword should prevent all the damage if using the heavy attack when falling off a skyscraper?
I'm saying that, after the fix, the heavy attack should NOT inflict fall damage unless you are jumping off and EXTREMELY high platform.
