[2021] The Weekly Supercharger Quest is only granting Hero Superchargers

UPDATE We’re going to be adjusting the weights so that Hero Superchargers are selected as the weekly reward less often. This should give more opportunity for the other Supercharger variants and core REPERK to appear.
