I had been playing Ventures for about three days without any problems and have reached power level 42, but now get a ‘Network error’ message. While playing Ventures with a few friends we completed the mission, we then loaded a different mission but I was unable to load into the Ventures game world waiting for the progress bar to be displayed on the screen that states ‘connecting’, but my friends had no problems. I can still load and play all other maps without any problems.
- After pressing X to launch a venture's mission on the next screen that states "Connecting..." I do not get to see the 'progress bar' and an error screen is displayed stating "Network connection lost".
- I play on my Xbox platform but have the same issue on my laptop with the same account.
- My last successful game was completed over the daily map refresh time, but I had no problems completing that mission.
- Please note I am able to load into and complete all other maps (Stonewood, Plankerton ...).
- I have a second account on the same device that can load all maps fine.
- I have tried a number of options provided by the support team, but am unable to resolve this issue.
