[2019] Is anyone else experiencing a application hang?

Usually happens a few minutes into the game. The game would freeze up and after a few seconds a popup showing:

Application Hang Detected

The application has hung and will now close. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I've verified the games files and reinstalled the whole game but still get the error.

I've had players send me client logs regarding this issue. It definitely helps us determine what's causing this.

  1. Launch your client
  2. Experience the hang (close the client if it doesn't close)
  3. Navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\FortniteGame\Saved\Logs.
  4. Grab the FortniteGame.txt file (it's time stamped for when your client closed)
  5. Send it to be via Google Drive or Discord message ( Magyst#8046)
