[2022] I can't find my Winterfest Banner Icon in locker

Hi everyone!

I don't know if this is happened to anyone (I tried to search it on the web but didn't find anything): about a week ago I opened one of the presents of the Winterfest and found a really nice banner icon, the one similar to a snowflake. In that moment the server went down, and when I logged in again the banner icon disappeared from my locker but the present containing the banner icon was already opened (blocking me to "redeem" it again).

I contacted the support via chat twice, they made me clean the Epic Games Launcher cache (I play on PC) but nothing changed. They told me it was their first time hearing this problem, to wait until the Winterfest was over and to report the bug if nothing changed, so here I am.

Here are the screenshot showing all my banner icons and the opened presents (you can see the banner icon on the flags on the wall).
