[2023] Lots of cel-shaded/cartoon cosmetics have had their appearance brightened and desaturated since v25.00 (before and after)

There were some changes in the v25.20 update that caused a few cosmetics to change in a few unexpected ways. While we were able to hotfix this change off and most cosmetics reverted back and are displayed as expected, a few potentially are still having an issue.
