In the meantime a significant number of people have been reporting the same issue, along with photographic evidence. Can we get that update now ?

The matchmaking team is aware of these reports. I brought this up to them when the first report was posted. The player reports that followed have helped the team look to determine what is actually happening. This is still an on going issue that is being investigated. More reports via the feedback button are always helpful if you happen to see this.

When I get updates i will be sure to share them.
