We're investigating an issue on mobile causing the quickbar to have a delay when switching from combat mode to build mode.
As a workaround, players can use dedicated slots for specific types instead of automatic settings by using the extra buttons in the HUD layout tool.

Hello! Although going fast is quite fun, we didn't intend for you to go that fast. This bug should be resolved in the next game update.
Fortnite is a high-fidelity game, in order to ensure the best gameplay experience possible we’ve limited certain devices to 30 FPS. We will continue to test additional Android devices and assess where 60 FPS support is possible.
The underwater part was just incredible! Nice job making a render out of it.
