Community Update
It’s the season to be jolly, for real this time! Survivors, it’s the best season of the year: the holiday season! Join the festivities as we unleash a full-on holiday party in Free Fire. While Operation Chrono will continue, we’ll be holding special Christmas events as well!
We’ve got a lot of surprises in store for you but as always, we won’t spoil them here. A few of them have already been teased on our social media, so don’t forget to check those out if you want some clues about what awaits you. That said, there’s a lot of stuff that we can talk about here and you bet that we will. What’s a week without a Community Update, anyway?
This week in Free Fire we’ve got special Christmas items, festive web events, in-game activities with glorious rewards and even a special something that we absolutely know you’ll like. All we can say is: be ready!

Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals! We’re giving the Thompson some love with this special Time Travelers Weapon Royale, available now! Hop in time to get your special Thompson skin and mow down your enemies with this state of the art weapon, available for a limited time.

Merry Christmas Survivors! To celebrate this special day, we’ve got a little something planned for you in-game. Starting things off, we have a special log-in calendar throughout the Christmas season that will grant you a special Christmas parachute skin as well as other cosmetic rewards.Not only that, but we’re scattering special Festival Tokens throughout the map that you can find by looting. If you can’t find that many, you’ll also find Snowmen throughout the map that you can shoot to get tokens! These can be exchanged for special Holiday items that you’re sure to love.
To add to the holiday spirit, we’re also running a multitude of community events on our social media to lighten the mood. Head over to our Discord for giveaways, write your Letters to Santa on our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, or check out the art contest that we’re running right here on this subreddit. There will be a lot of chances for you to earn some holiday gifts!
Finally, we couldn’t make a Christmas event without big gifts, could we? Throughout the Christmas season we’ll be holding a special Friends Callback event that will give you up to three Winterlands Tree Boxes, which have a chance of granting up to 30,000 Diamonds!

Santa's Wishing Shards
Santa’s sleigh lost some of his wishing shards! These strange shards will be available on Christmas Day until the 27th, and will drop right after you finish a match. Collect enough of these to exchange them for special bundles that we’re sure you’re gonna love!

Well, well, well. You made it here, to the end. What’s that? We missed something. Oh, right. You might have noticed that there’s no artwork for this one. That’s because we don’t want to spoil the surprise! However, if you come back to this thread *4 hours* after this had been originally posted, you’ll find an update! So exciting, what could it be?
