[2021] New update is freezing and crashing my game repeatedly and it's pretty much unplayable outside of running around Erewhon

Idk what to do about it. I re installed it and came back, but problems persisted. I turned off ai teammates thinking they were crashing the game when they used sync shot, but again the second I got into a firefight my game froze and crashed. It's happened once several hours ago and 3 times in a row within the past 10 minutes, no kidding. Lmk if you guys are having the same issue.
