I think it was a good move to remove weapon restrictions for the classes in PvE for Breakpoint. But how will this work for PvP? Everyone will run the same loadout, regardless of which class they choose. Most likely the most powerful bolt action rifle they can find, with an AR for medium to close range. Once people determine which guns are the most powerful, they will be no diversity between loadouts.. I think this will ruin the PvP..

I am a PvP player, and ghost war in Wildlands is just about the only thing my PS4 is used for. I couldn’t imagine playing it if everyone was just hiding with a Sniper Rifle, then pulling out an AR when people get to close.

What y’all think?

Never understood why companies make players wait so long when they can answer questions now. This leads to confusion, players usually start assuming the worst and I just wonder what is the thinking behind the silence when it usually adds negativity.

The game isn't ready to release. It comes out October 4th and not everything is finalized. Also, it was said on announce day that further details about Breakpoint would come at E3, and PVP details would come at Gamescom. I believe it's pretty standard practice my friend!

I know it's not ready to release, we all know the schedule announced on release day and I know it's standard practice which is what I'm questioning. By not talking, people will make their own story, usually negative as we see here daily, when little snippets of info can help stop it. I'm sure you can see the negativity here everyday and it's the same users trying to fight the fire on ubi behalf while others let the fears assume the worst. This isn't just aimed at you guys, it's gaming in general.

I get you. Well yeah, things are most likely waited to be shared until they're more finalized :D Also, I believe the no weapon restrictions will be present for PVP as well. I'm going to get confirmation.
