[2020] Ubisoft Club Rewards Issue

Lately, came back to the game and starting doing Ghost Mode.
Now before I did this I had a fair amount of club rewards already unlocked.

A few weeks after that, I started getting major issues with being constantly harassed by notifications about my club rewards being unlocked. On my ubisoft account, all my ubisoft club rewards are unlocked apart from the Fallen Ghosts DLC and the Ghost mode ones, I started doing Narco Road but now that has all been unlocked.

I have also lost some of the outfits that came free with the game from pre-order and also earned with ubisoft coins (earned from the rewards)

How the hell do I fix this? I cannot access some content that I am rightfully entitled too.
