So I've just got to the Wildlands main menu, and I get U-Play notifications that I've received all the rewards. I can't access them in the inventory menu, but on the U-Play site, it says that I can access the rewards ingame. I have only purchased the Unidad Conspiracy before. What the hell is thus?

Hey bud, I believe it is the transition to Ubisoft Connect that is causing some of that. The information I have is that it shouldn't be a problem once Connect is live. I'll update you if I receive more information on this.
