[2020] There is a bug that does not allow you to purchase the new DLC on PS4

When you go to the store through the game, when you go to the section where you would normally buy the DLC (second tab from the right) there is a bug on PS4. A big PlayStation screen comes up that says something like “there’s no content available” and it kicks you out (grumble grumble)

Does anyone know how we are supposed to buy the red patriot missions?
