The servers will shut down for a short scheduled maintenance tomorrow, Tuesday October 5th, at 15:00 CET / 09:00 EDT / 06:00 PDT across all platforms.
Estimated down time is approx. 15 minutes.

No, she didn't. All she said was that news would be posted tomorrow. And this technically isn't news. it's more of a clarification, since these new versions were released yesterday. I guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out for sure.
