Pak, thanks for reaching out about your FPS issue! It sounds a bit frustrating. - Hold down the Windows Key and press R.
- Type "dxdiag" into the Run dialog that appears and hit OK.
- Click on "Save All Information."
- Choose "Text File (*.txt)" and save the DxDiag.txt file to your Desktop for easy access.
- Open the .txt file, copy everything inside, and paste it into a free text hosting service like https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/.
- Finally, grab the link and paste it into your reply here.
