[2019] Is the kickstarted rewards the same as when the game was first funded?

Remember seeing this game hit kickstarter along time ago, was curious if the rewards on their kickstarter are the same as they were before they met their goal. I remember thinking about backing it back then but wasnt sure how the development would go.
