[2020] Lighting Blast and nodes insidious conduction, effluent defense, chain lighting

I believe I’ve found the issue. The ward granted by Effluent Defenses is being triggered each time Lightning Blast chains while you have the Convergence node. If you don’t have either of those nodes, it works as expected. Thanks for the report!
