Can you please post your player log? The Launcher’s Log Files – Last Epoch Support

You likely need to enable the Hidden Items checkbox in File Explorer. It’s under the View tab at the top of the window. Thanks!

(Though, that file is overwritten each time you start the game after being moved to the Player-prev.log, so if you’ve restarted twice the info won’t be there).
