[2020] Ruins of Welryn - Movement + Shieldcharge

I haven’t heard reports of this before- Shield Rush is working fine for me in that zone. If you go back to that zone now, is it still an issue? If so, a screenshot of your skill tree and a log file would be helpful. Thanks!
