[2023] Questions about LP and alts

So I didn’t want to make two separate posts, I’m just going to combine them here.

I’ve leveled one toon to 100 and I feel like I understand the legendary system for the most part but one thing I’m not too clear on is how the game decides which affixes are pulled from the exalted item? Like for instance, I recently forged a legendary Siphon ring with 2LP and managed to pull a T6 affix and then a sealed affix which is exactly what I was hoping for….did I just get super lucky or is it designed to transfer any sealed and/or T6-T7 affixes? Just curious

And this is more subjective but when do y’all start new characters? I feel so attached to my lvl 100 Echo-Warpath VK and by default want to deck him out with BiS gear. I’m finding it difficult to say “his gear is good enough” and move onto another character lol
