This is such an annoying thing to deal with, even though it's not truly major. It's true that I'm more affected than the average player because I'm playing a flask build (Volatile zombie on flask use), but even when I was just getting into Empowered monoliths on my first character, I would occasionally go in for the first echo of the day and get smacked by some big boy and be unable to heal. Is there a practical reason for this? If EHG does not want us to get full flask charges for free, maybe at least give us half? Although it's weird, because if I die, I get full flask charges.

In offline potions aren’t reset to full?
